“We replaced entire kitchen December 2018 with Cream Maple Glaze cabinets. Because we were using stock sizes, this was very simple. After putting the first one or two together, the rest were easy. Recently replaced bathroom vanity -- went with a slightly less costly product, after all, how much different could they be? Well, the difference in quality was not worth it. Your cabinets are far superior - things like better finishes and truer fit and "square" Wish I had gone with Wholesale instead of the other (large) online company. Lesson learned.”

“When we opened that last long box for the cabinets, the filler boards and touch-up kit was missing. The carton wasn’t damaged at all, so I’m fairly confident that they weren’t lost in-transit unless the carrier repackaged and re-taped the carton and totally fooled me. I called Kenny to see what we needed to do, and he filed a claim with Customer Service and they are sending me new ones. The normal policy is for us to check our packages within 30 days of receipt to confirm everything was there, and I told Kenny that I knew we were out of terms. But Kenny didn’t hesitate to “file a claim” and he felt confident they would send us the missing pieces. And he was right; the pieces are on the way. Value was only $60, but Wholesale Cabinets didn’t have to do this. Kenny was very kind using very good Customer Service skills to handle my “complaint.” Please let Kevin know that Kenny did a great job, and tell Kevin thanks again. “I ordered an end shelf unit. The order was filled and shipped promptly. I put it together and noticed it was not the same width as what stated on the website. I filled out a customer service contact online about it and was expecting to hear back in a few days that there were no refunds. Instead I had an email within the hour stating I was getting a full refund and receipt for the refund withing 30 minutes of that. Sometimes things like this happen and it is all about how you are treated after that matters. I will definitely make this my first stop for cabinets in the future.”
